3. No Guarantees of Results
Credit outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control
- Removal of accurate, verifiable, and timely negative information from credit reports
- Specific credit score increases or timeframes
- Approval for loans, credit cards, mortgages, or other financial products
- Lender recognition of alternative credit data (rent/utilities)
- Any particular results or outcomes
Why?
Credit outcomes depend on:
- Your unique credit history
- The accuracy and timeliness of reported information
- Actions you choose to take (or not take)
- Bureau and creditor responses to disputes
- Lender underwriting criteria
We provide education and tools. Results are beyond our control.
4. Limitations on Negative Information Removal

✓ Negative items CAN be removed if:
- Information is inaccurate
- Information cannot be verified
- Information is beyond reporting period (7-10 years)
✗ Negative items CANNOT be removed if:
- Information is accurate and verified
- Debt is legitimate and within reporting period
- Creditor confirms the information
