3. No Guarantees of Results

Credit outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control

  • Removal of accurate, verifiable, and timely negative information from credit reports
  • Specific credit score increases or timeframes
  • Approval for loans, credit cards, mortgages, or other financial products
  • Lender recognition of alternative credit data (rent/utilities)
  • Any particular results or outcomes

Why?

Credit outcomes depend on:

  • Your unique credit history
  • The accuracy and timeliness of reported information
  • Actions you choose to take (or not take)
  • Bureau and creditor responses to disputes
  • Lender underwriting criteria

We provide education and tools. Results are beyond our control.

4. Limitations on Negative Information Removal

Federal law protects accurate credit reporting

Federal law (Fair Credit Reporting Act) protects accurate information. Credit bureaus must report accurate, verifiable, and timely information, even if it's negative.

✓ Negative items CAN be removed if:

  • Information is inaccurate
  • Information cannot be verified
  • Information is beyond reporting period (7-10 years)

✗ Negative items CANNOT be removed if:

  • Information is accurate and verified
  • Debt is legitimate and within reporting period
  • Creditor confirms the information
